Srinagar - Arrival
On arrival at Srinagar, you will be warmly received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After a smooth check-in, take some time to relax and acclimatize.
In the evening, you may explore the local markets for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts, pashmina shawls, and souvenirs. Enjoy a serene shikara ride on Dal Lake, gliding past floating gardens and houseboats—an iconic experience of Kashmir.

Day 2
Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (Day Excursion)
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, one of the most picturesque mountain resorts in the Himalayas.
En route, pass through the charming town of Tangmarg and continue on a scenic 14 km drive through pine forests and mountain views.
Upon arrival in Gulmarg, enjoy a short orientation tour of this famous meadow, known for its lush green pastures in summer and snow-covered landscapes in winter. You may take the Gondola cable car ride (approx. 8 minutes, direct payment), offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.
After spending time at the top, descend back to Gulmarg and optionally enjoy activities such as horse riding or simply relax amidst the alpine scenery.
In the evening, return to Srinagar.

Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar (Day Excursion)
After breakfast, proceed for a scenic full-day excursion to Pahalgam, also known as the “Valley of Shepherds.”
Drive via Khanabal and continue through Anantnag, the second-largest city in the region. From here, the journey becomes especially picturesque as the road runs alongside the beautiful Lidder River, with flowing waters, pine forests, and mountain backdrops.
Upon arrival in Pahalgam, you may explore the surrounding valleys by local taxi (direct payment), including:
Aru Valley – a peaceful alpine valley with stunning landscapes
Betaab Valley – famous for its lush greenery and Bollywood connections
Chandanwari – a scenic starting point of the Amarnath pilgrimage
You can also visit Baisaran, often called “Mini Switzerland,” accessible by pony ride (ponies can be hired directly on the spot).
After enjoying the natural beauty and optional activities, return to Srinagar in the evening.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Srinagar and begin one of the most scenic drives in Kashmir towards Sonamarg, famously known as the “Meadow of Gold.”
As you leave the city behind, the landscape gradually transforms into open valleys, pine forests, and dramatic mountain backdrops. The route passes through Ganderbal, a peaceful region known for its orchards and rural charm.
The drive then follows the crystal-clear waters of the Sindh River, flowing alongside the road — a constant companion offering breathtaking viewpoints and photo stops. You may pause along the way to take in the fresh mountain air, capture panoramic shots, or simply enjoy the silence of the Himalayas.
Optional stops can be made at small roadside dhabas for tea, local snacks, or to experience authentic Kashmiri hospitality.
Upon arrival in Sonamarg, you are welcomed by wide alpine meadows framed by snow-capped peaks. If time permits, you may take an optional short excursion (by pony or local vehicle) towards the base of the Thajiwas Glacier, where snow can often be seen even in warmer months.
Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, surrounded by pristine nature and high-altitude serenity.

Sonamarg – Srinagar | Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Sonamarg and proceed back to Srinagar. Enjoy the scenic drive once again along the Sindh River, with opportunities for brief photo stops amid the Himalayan landscapes.
Upon arrival in Srinagar, continue with local sightseeing of the famous Mughal Gardens, beautifully laid along the banks of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains forming a majestic backdrop:
Nishat Bagh – “Garden of Joy,” known for its terraced lawns and panoramic lake views
Shalimar Bagh – the royal garden of Emperor Jahangir, famous for its symmetry and fountains
Chashme Shahi – a charming garden with natural spring water
Later, visit the hilltop Shankaracharya Temple, offering breathtaking views over Srinagar and Dal Lake, followed by a visit to the serene Hazratbal Shrine, one of the most revered Muslim sites in Kashmir.
En route, you will also have the opportunity to visit a traditional carpet-weaving factory, where you can witness the intricate craftsmanship of Kashmiri artisans, and explore the old city of Srinagar with its authentic local atmosphere.
